4-Week Body Well Experience

Our next Mini Well session begins November 17 — the perfect way to stay strong, consistent, and grounded through the busy holiday season.

This condensed version of our signature Body Well program offers 8 Body Boost workouts over 4 weeks. Expect challenging, full-body training designed to build strength, improve endurance, and boost confidence. Classes are kid-free, higher intensity, and include weights for a powerful start to your day.

📍 Location: Dick Nichols Park

🕕 Time: 6:00 AM (the sun’s already up before class ends — and you’ll warm up fast!)

💵 Cost: $150 (not included in membership)

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, no worries — we simply move class online for your convenience.
