Hi, I’m Amy! Mama to the sweetest 1-year-old boy, James. My husband and I moved to Austin in 2021, and I’m a proud Longhorn - Hook ’Em! I joined FIT4MOM when James was just 3 months old and never looked back. Through this community, I’ve made some of the best mom friends, and I’m so grateful for the support, connection, and fitness it has brought into my life.
