Hi, I'm Caroline! I was born and raised in Austin, and now I'm raising my two wild and wonderful boys here too. When COVID hit just a week after my first was born, Fit4Mom gave me the exercise my body wanted, and the routine my sanity needed. After years of showing up as a member, I was so excited to get certified to instruct. I love being part of this amazing group of moms-there's no one who understands motherhood like the mom who's going through it right next to you, and there's nothing like coming together each day to sweat it out and lift each other up!
