Hi! I’m Mackenzie, originally from Northern California, but in 2023, my husband, our French bulldog Leo, and I packed up our lives in Phoenix and headed to Austin, Texas!

I found FIT4MOM when I was three months pregnant, and what started as a way to stay active quickly became so much more. Now, I’m the proud mama of the sweetest six-month-old baby boy, and I’m incredibly grateful for the village I’ve found along the way. FIT4MOM has been such a warm, uplifting, and welcoming community, and I feel so lucky to be surrounded by so many kind, supportive, and inspiring mamas.
